Custom orders may be possible depending on the current work schedule. Please contact me with your request. Custom order usually take 4-6 weeks before they're ready to ship. Payment is due only when pieces are finished and ready to ship.

All stoneware and porcelain ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe. All of the glazes are mixed here in the studio, so we know their exact composition and that they are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.

Cork lids for travel mugs should be hand-washed in hot water.

Wholesale orders are accepted only in exceptional cases.

Your order will arrive securely packed in recycled packing material. Packing ceramics safely is something of a science in itself, and in this regard we are far more interested in function than in aesthetics. The packing material may not be especially beautiful, but it will keep your items safe in transit!

All items ship from the studio here in BC, Canada, via Canada Post. Tracking numbers and insurance are provided for all Canadian and US orders, and for some international orders. If you have any issue with your order upon receipt, please contact me directly.

I ship all in-stock items as soon as possible after the order is received (within 1-2 business days whenever possible). If you'd like to cancel your order, this may be possible up to the time your parcel is shipped; once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Very occasionally, "seconds" are available at a discount (usually 25% off) due to slight glaze flaws, etc. These are not normally listed on Etsy, but may be available if you contact me directly.

At any one time, only a small selection of items is shown on Etsy. Many other pieces are available here in the studio - it simply isn't possible to photograph and list everything, especially since many pieces are made as one-of-a-kind items and not in multiples. Please get in touch if you're interested in finding out what else is available here in the studio. The selection changes frequently!
